此崗位工作地點(diǎn)在印尼雅加達(dá)，請(qǐng)謹(jǐn)慎投遞。
Education and Experience
- A bachelor degree of law from a reputed law school is a must;
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working as a layer or legal consul tant in a law firm or at multinational company;
- Qualified as a PRC lawyer or equivalent is a plus;
- English speaker with excellent English writing and communication skills;
- Experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions;
- Experience in joint venture company;
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal communication skills; Maintain positive and effective contact with all team members and business partners.
