Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company in Rosia, Australia and USA. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in various sectors (mainly Heating, Ventilation and Airconditioning..
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, personal visits, internet and attending industry events.
- Qualify leads and develop a robust sales pipeline
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Set clear sales targets and develop plans to achieve them
5. Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform product development.
7. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
8. Networking and Relationship Building:
- Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to build a strong network.
- Actively engage in industry associations and groups to enhance company visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience (experience in building industry will be an advantage)
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent communication in English (Russian will be an advantage)
