To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
Read and understand the work contents
Prepare the work elements based on engineering knowledge and optimize continuously
Report the issues happened during production to upper management level timely
Work with function team to resolve the issues happened during production
Perform daily equipment inspection
Perform industry robot basic programming work
Industry robot trouble shooting
Provide technical support to guarantee the production line running smoothly
Responsible for 5S and Safety, Healthy, Working Environment of the areas
Education and/or Experience
Junior college or above
More than 3 years’ experience with automobile manufacturing
Welding workshop equipment maintenance experience preferred
Industry Robot Programming, Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Troubleshooting experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Good communication skills
Basic capability of reading and written English
Be familiar with Office Software Word, Excel, Power Point
Be familiar with automation control knowledge regarding robot basic programming and electrical maintenance, PLC, welding, laser brazing/cutting, adhesive, drilling, flow drill, etc.
Know Industrial automation Principles (SCADA, MES.WINCC…)
Be familiar with lean production
Basic knowledge of safety, healthy and environment

白車身車間產(chǎn)線技術(shù)支持的主要職責(zé)是保證生產(chǎn)線的平穩(wěn)運行，在生產(chǎn)過程中提供技術(shù)支持解決停線問題，同時要執(zhí)行日常設(shè)備維護(hù)工作確保設(shè)備處于良好狀態(tài)。

負(fù)責(zé)所在區(qū)域的5s以及安全、健康和環(huán)境工作
教育和經(jīng)歷
大專及以上
3年以上整車制造工作經(jīng)驗
具有焊裝設(shè)備維護(hù)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
具有工業(yè)機器人編程和電氣及機械維護(hù)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
知識、技巧和能力
具備很好的溝通能力
具備基礎(chǔ)英語讀寫能力
熟練使用微軟辦公軟件，Word, Excel, Power Point
熟悉ABB機器人基礎(chǔ)編程和電氣維護(hù)、PLC、焊接、激光焊接/切割、打膠、鉆孔、自攻螺釘?shù)?br>了解工業(yè)自動化原理，例如SCADA, MES.WINCC等
