metrologist is that: metrologist is responsible for using measuring

system such as GOM and measuring arm to measure and inspect individual

components, sub assemblies, interior and exterior decorations, and cab

products. need to be proficient in the

operation and use of measuring equipment, and be able to accurately measure the

geometric dimensions, shape, position, and other related parameters of the product

to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements..

Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline

Proficient in the operation of measuring equipment,

including power on/off, calibration, bracket placement, etc. It is necessary to

understand the functional modules of each measuring equipment and use the

measuring equipment correctly .

According to the established measurement plan, execute

measurement tasks, accurately measure and issue measurement reports

Need to conduct preliminary analysis of the measurement

results and promptly provide feedback to engineers if any problems are found

Daily inspection of measuring equipment and lifting

equipment

It is necessary to strictly follow safety operating

procedures, ensure personal safety for oneself and others, correctly wear

personal protective equipment, arrange work processes reasonably, and avoid

accidents from occurring

Education and/or Experience

College degree or above，measurement related working experiences

three years at least

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Mechanical Design or Automotive Engineering

Familiar with GOM and measurement arm operations

Problem solving and quality tools

Change management and deviation handling

Big data and Data analytics basic concepts

Technical drawing analysis and interpretation

MS Office Word, Excel etc.

Self-disciplined, honest & a can-do attitude.

Concentration & attention to details

Experience and/or training in product or process

inspection is preferred

測(cè)量員需要對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果做初步分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)反饋給工程師

測(cè)量設(shè)備以及吊具日常點(diǎn)檢

需要嚴(yán)格遵守安全操作規(guī)程，確保自己和他人人身安全，正確佩戴個(gè)人防護(hù)裝備，合理安排工作流程，避免事故發(fā)生
