To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform

each essential duty satisfactorily:

Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline

Perform engine inspection according to Q-List and element sheet, including

check, mark, record, feedback etc., to ensure deviations can be identified

timely.

According to the requirements, carry out daily check and maintenance of

the inspection tools to ensure compliance with the calibration requirements and

the reliability of the equipment.

Strictly abide by the SHE regulations of the company, workshop and the

area where it is located, and wear PPE correctly to ensure a good, stable and

safe working environment.

Quickly respond to the arrangement of the team leader and support the

analysis of quality problems in the production line. Actively observe the

quality risks in the process, feedback information in time, and prevent the

occurrence of some quality problems.

Actively participate in technical training organized by workshops and

departments to improve their abilities

Obey the team management and complete other temporary work arranged by the

team

根據(jù)檢查清單和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書進(jìn)行發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)檢查，包括檢查、標(biāo)記、記錄、反饋等，以確保及時(shí)識(shí)別偏差

根據(jù)要求，對檢查工具進(jìn)行日常檢查和維護(hù)，以確保符合校準(zhǔn)的要求和設(shè)備的可靠性

嚴(yán)格遵守公司、車間及所在區(qū)域的SHE規(guī)定，正確穿戴PPE，確保良好、穩(wěn)定、安全的工作環(huán)境。

快速響應(yīng)班組長的安排，支持生產(chǎn)線質(zhì)量問題的分析。積極觀察過程中的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，及時(shí)反饋信息，防止某些質(zhì)量問題的發(fā)生。

積極參加車間和部門組織的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，提高能力

服從團(tuán)隊(duì)管理，完成團(tuán)隊(duì)安排的其他臨時(shí)性工作
