A brief summary of the

This role is

responsible for BIW (Body-in-White) Cab tear

down, verify in-process material meets drawings and specifications. The Tear

Down Technician works

closely with Engineers to

provide reports, charts, graphs etc. to monitor and improve product quality.

Proactively contribute with continuous improvements and execute ideas on how to

improve existing ways of working (routines, processes etc.)

To perform this job

successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

satisfactorily: Conduct BiW Cab tear down per testing files,

operation Instructions, quality requirements, analysis welding/joining/gluing

quality for BIW

Uses wide variety of tools to tear down BiW Cab

including but not limited to angle grinders, reciprocating saws, air chisels,

pry bars, and plasma cutters etc.

Assess part quality and

complete inspection report

Maintain intime and correct

inspection record, support information communication

Support deviation analysis

and assist Quality Engineer to close deviation loop

Maintain work area and

equipment in a clean and orderly condition in 5S way

Perform other duties as

assigned

Education and/or Experience

College Degree and above in

technical field, related working experiences one year at least

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Familiar with vehicle

production (Trucks preferred). High awareness of Quality (especially customer

orientation)

Capability to use test

specifications and checklists

Skilled with the use of a

variety of hand and portable tools

Ability to read and

interpret basic mechanical drawings for the weld/joint locations

Having qualifications, e.g.

welding, hot work permit, etc.

Ability of Quality issue

analysis, familiar with PDCA, 5W1H, 8D etc. and able to use

Willing to learn about

product & processes knowledge, and deep learning about product

documentation/specifications

Experience and/or training

in use of computer data input technology

Self-disciplined, honest

& a can-do attitude. Concentration & attention to details

此崗位負責(zé)駕駛室白車身的拆解檢查，驗證與圖紙和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的符合性。與工程師緊密合作，監(jiān)控和改進產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。同時，積極參與持續(xù)改善，優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有的工作流程，提升效率。

勝任此項職位，需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作職責(zé):

依據(jù)測試文件、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和質(zhì)量要求開展白車身拆解工作，分析焊點/緊固/涂膠質(zhì)量

使用各種工具拆卸組件，包括但不限于角磨機、往復(fù)鋸、氣動鑿、撬棍和等離子切割機等

負責(zé)被檢工件的質(zhì)量評判及編寫檢測報告

及時、正確填寫檢測記錄，做好各種質(zhì)量信息的傳遞、反饋工作

支持問題分析，協(xié)助質(zhì)量工程師對問題進行閉環(huán)管理

根據(jù)5S要求管理所屬作業(yè)區(qū)域

完成其他交辦事項

教育和經(jīng)歷

大專及以上學(xué)歷、一年及以上相關(guān)工作背景

知識、技巧和能力

熟悉車輛制造過程和工藝。有高度的質(zhì)量意識（顧客導(dǎo)向）

理解測試規(guī)范、檢查要求，并能遵照執(zhí)行

熟練使用各種手動和便攜式工具

能夠在圖紙上識讀焊接/緊固位置（點）

具備相應(yīng)的資質(zhì)，如焊接，動火作業(yè)等

具備一定的質(zhì)量問題分析能力，熟悉PDCA，5W1H，8D等問題分析工具并能實際運用

愿意學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)品和工藝知識，鉆研產(chǎn)品文件/規(guī)范等

熟練使用電腦輸入產(chǎn)品信息

自律、誠實，積極進取的工作態(tài)度。專注并能關(guān)注細節(jié)
