Essential

Duties and Job Responsibilities

To perform

this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential

duty satisfactorily:

Perform

daily product audits, maintain real-time and accurate assessment records /

reports per job instruction

Predict

customer satisfaction, follow quality level timely and to detect areas for

improvements

Provide

input and assist in development of new work instructions

Support

Quality Deviation Handling activities, coordinate product tracking in case

deviations reported. Propose deviation judgement if needed

Have active

role in Quality related meetings

Train and

mentor new Auditors

Maintain

working area in a clean and orderly condition in 5S way

Measurement

equipment & devices operation, maintenance and status check

Performs

other duties as required within the Quality department and external to the

Quality department as assigned

Candidate

Requirements

To perform

this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The

requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or

ability required.

Education

and/or Experience

College

Degree and above in technical field, related working experiences one year at

least

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

Familiar

with vehicle production (Trucks preferred). High awareness of Quality

(especially customer orientation)

Capability

to use test specifications and checklists

Ability of

Quality issue analysis, familiar with PDCA, 5W1H, 8D etc. and able to use

Willing to

learn about product & processes knowledge, and deep learning about product

documentation/specifications

Basic

English skills, oral and written

Basic Office

Software skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Interpretate CAD drawings

Self-disciplined,

honest & a can-do attitude. Concentration & attention to details

支持作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書的編制和更新

支持產(chǎn)品缺陷的處理活動，產(chǎn)品發(fā)生缺陷時協(xié)調(diào)跟進。必要時對產(chǎn)品缺陷判定提出建議

在質(zhì)量相關(guān)會議中發(fā)揮積極作用

培訓(xùn)和輔導(dǎo)新的評審員

根據(jù)5S要求管理所屬作業(yè)區(qū)域

測量設(shè)備、儀器的狀態(tài)確認、維護和使用

完成本部門交辦的其他工作

教育和經(jīng)歷

大專及以上學(xué)歷、一年及以上相關(guān)工作背景

知識、技巧和能力

熟悉車輛制造過程和工藝。有高度的質(zhì)量意識（顧客導(dǎo)向）

理解測試規(guī)范、檢查要求，并能遵照執(zhí)行

具備一定的質(zhì)量問題分析能力，熟悉PDCA，5W1H，8D等問題分析工具并能實際運用

愿意學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)品和工藝知識，鉆研產(chǎn)品文件/規(guī)范等

基本的口頭和書面英語技能

基本的辦公軟件技能，文檔處理，電子表格及幻燈片、電子郵件等。有一定的CAD識圖能力

自律、誠實，積極進取的工作態(tài)度。專注并能關(guān)注細節(jié)
