As a Hunter, you will focus on developing new client resources and expanding market share. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and converting them into formal customers through effective sales strategies and communication skills. This role requires high levels of proactivity, market insight, and strong negotiation skills to secure new clients and business opportunities in a competitive market.
主要職責(zé) (Key Responsibilities):
· 主動(dòng)識(shí)別和開發(fā)新客戶機(jī)會(huì):通過市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、行業(yè)分析和廣泛的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓展,尋找并開發(fā)潛在客戶和商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。
Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities by conducting market research, industry analysis, and extensive networking to find and cultivate potential clients and business opportunities.
· 制定并執(zhí)行銷售計(jì)劃:根據(jù)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)和公司戰(zhàn)略,制定全面的銷售計(jì)劃,確保新客戶開發(fā)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
Develop and execute sales plans based on market dynamics and company strategy to ensure new client acquisition targets are met.
· 市場(chǎng)分析和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)收集:定期進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)分析,深入了解客戶需求、行業(yè)趨勢(shì)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情況,調(diào)整銷售策略。
Regularly conduct market analysis to deeply understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
· 客戶關(guān)系建立與維護(hù):通過有效的溝通和產(chǎn)品演示,建立并維護(hù)與潛在客戶的聯(lián)系,推動(dòng)簽署合同并達(dá)成交易。
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and product demonstrations, driving contract signings and deal closures.
· 銷售進(jìn)展跟蹤與報(bào)告:負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤銷售進(jìn)展,定期更新銷售報(bào)告,向團(tuán)隊(duì)分享市場(chǎng)信息和客戶反饋。
Track sales progress, regularly update sales reports, and share market insights and client feedback with the team.
· 參與市場(chǎng)推廣策略制定:與市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,參與制定市場(chǎng)推廣策略,提升公司品牌知名度和市場(chǎng)影響力。
Participate in the development of marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market influence.
· 跨部門協(xié)作:與公司內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作,確保客戶需求的準(zhǔn)確傳遞和后續(xù)跟進(jìn)。
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate communication and follow-up of client needs.
職位要求 (Requirements):
· 教育背景:大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營銷、商務(wù)管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
· 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):具備2年以上銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),尤其是新客戶開發(fā)方面的成功記錄。
Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in new client acquisition.
· 技能要求:優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和談判技巧,能夠有效影響客戶決策。熟練使用銷售管理工具和CRM系統(tǒng),具備良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence client decisions. Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM systems, with strong data analysis skills.
