Job Description: ? Provide regular work updates and make improvement recommendations to manager. ? Ensure efficient operation of work in a high-demand environment, with a focus on fluent written English communication and familiarity with the corporate culture of multinational companies. ? Lead a team to accomplish compensation management and implementation. ? Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely completion of compensation-related tasks. ? Assist managers in developing and implementing compensation policies, operating procedures, and codes of conduct, providing constructive solutions. ? Responsible for all tax preparation work, including employee income tax declarations and related statutory payments. ? Coordinate with software developers to continuously improve and iterate the compensation calculation system. ? Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and organize regular training for department employees. ? Maintain good customer relationships. ? Provide specialized consulting services. ? Complete other assigned tasks from leadership in a timely manner. Job Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree or above. ? At least 5 years of experience in compensation management. ? Familiarity with compensation theory, procedures, and legal regulations, with a mature management approach. ? Experience in team management. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese. ? Attention to detail and accuracy. ? Honest, upright, and cautious attitude. ? Ability to work independently. ? Excellent customer service awareness and interpersonal skills to build harmonious customer relationships. ? Proficient in office software with excellent data analysis skills.
