Key Responsibilities 1.Implement short and long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic business strategy. 2.Lead HR Hiring and talent acquisition process in partnered channels/functions, and directly source, effective development and management of labor vendors to ensure stable and quality supply towards business needs. 3.Executes the Business Talent Review Process, through talent requisition, retention, evaluation and placement of key talent including succession planning, training and development. 4.Lead performance management system and provide coach to business leaders and associates to ensure the high performance team. 5.Partners with assigned business/function to execute the AOP & LRP. 6.Acts as a business partner to drive corporate culture through establishing effective employee relations, education and communication. 7.Review and implement compensation and benefits policies of outsourced staff in line with HR policies, local compliance and financial targets. 8.Effective communication with regional HR team to implement corporate initiatives and programs. 9.Handle employee relationship and deal with labor cases if any. 10.Ensures that HR staff maintains metric goals within approved budgets and timelines. 11.Other tasks as assigned by superiors. Qualifications 1. Education: Bachler degree or above. 2. 8+ years HR working experience with no less than 5 years HRM experience in manufacturing plant. Experience in multi-national business environment is required 3. Excellent interpersonal and leadership capability. 4. Strong communication and influencing skills. 5. Good learning capability and systemically problem solving skill. 6. Good command of both oral and written English.
