    Main Tasks 主要任務(wù)

    Sales 銷售

    l Develop lasting customer relationships to identify business trends in and beyond the customer scope or respective portfolio

    l Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services

    l Identify customer requirements and offer solutions (service packages) accordingly, both for direct and indirect customers

    l Provide technical support to customers , including handling/ follow-up complaints on technical related issues.

    l Visit customers to collect and analyse field information of customer expectations/ problems on product performance/ technical service needs to verify product suitability to application

    l Understand the characteristic of MIM technology applied on E&E through application engineering study. Identify the opportunity in E&E application trend and responsible the related development work with R&D together.

    l Understand customer need, Provide inputs and recommendations for developing/evaluating product applications in Brandowners.

    l Provide technical guidance / assistance to customer for product applications, including optimization, troubleshooting, and training of personnel to enhance sales services

    l Support to develop processes and procedures in technical aspects to ensure successful introduction of the defined products

    l Participate as part of a product launch team to ensure smooth introduction of the product in customer serving processes

    l Support presentation/ seminars and workshops to launch products

    Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position 職位要求

    l Education: Bachler degree as Minimum, Master or above preferred, major in powder metallurgy, material processing or mechanical engineering.

    學(xué)歷:最低學(xué)歷本科,碩士或以上優(yōu)先,粉末冶金,材料加工或機(jī)械工程專業(yè)

    l Working Experience: 3+ years working experience in E&E industry as technical sales preferred, .

    工作經(jīng)歷:3年以上消費(fèi)電子行業(yè)技術(shù)銷售優(yōu)先考慮; 3年以上消費(fèi)電子行業(yè)項(xiàng)目工程師或者產(chǎn)品工程師

    l Technical & Professional Knowledge: injection moulding technology knowledge is a plus

    l Cheerful personality, fluent communication, have a strong self-motivation
