Essential Duties and Responsibilities 主要職責:Mainly responsible for the Huawei projects, meaning that the products designed by the customer need communicate between the ITG R&D and the customer product designer first. Secondly design the process and tools to produce the Motor. 主要負責對接華為項目， 需要與客戶設計師和公司內(nèi)部進行技術(shù)對接溝通，以及設計相應的工藝，工裝治具整個項目的管理。

· Firstly learn ITG standard products and process to get familiar with them 熟悉英力智標準產(chǎn)品，工藝以及生產(chǎn)流程；

· Communicate in English customer design to ITG R&D 與研發(fā)總監(jiān)英文溝通客戶產(chǎn)品設計需求；

· Make a project plan and actions needed for the specific product 為新項目制定項目計劃以及把控進度；

· Responsible for designing the process and tools 負責設計工藝以及工裝治具；

· Communicate the process and tool design to the internal ITG proto engineer through paper instructions in Chinese 負責編寫新產(chǎn)品作業(yè)相關的文件并與樣品工程師溝通工藝和工裝治具設計的使用等；

· Make proto evaluations and improvement of the process/tools after the proto type is done. 針對新產(chǎn)品進行樣品試制后的工藝改進以及落實改進措施

· Responsible for giving supports to standard products as well on technical aspects 對英力智標準產(chǎn)品技術(shù)方面的支持。

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers (English and Chinese) 優(yōu)秀的口頭和書寫中英文溝通能力能有效地對接公司內(nèi)部和外部客戶；

· Solid Works, CAD … MS Office… 熟練使用三維軟件Solidworks, CAD，以及辦公軟件；

· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices能夠獨立工作以及在指定的要求下獨立完成任務

· Project management ability 項目管理能力

· Be familiar to manufacturing processes and have good mechanical knowledge熟悉制造工藝，具備良好的機械知識.

College, Bachelor or Masters degree, Mechanical design major is a plus. 大專及以上,機械設計專業(yè)為佳。
