The Associate Director of Studies works alongside Sales and Service teams to ensure the academic integrity of all language programmes run at EF centres and the development of their centre as a whole. This is accomplished by the careful management and development of a teaching team and adherence to operational performance indicators such as production efficiency, staff and student retention and customer satisfaction. General responsibilities for the Associate Director of Studies include observations and performance reviews, classroom teaching and meetings; the ADoS is expected to develop in these areas under the mentorship of regional and local management.
