About the role: As a warehouse manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall planning and establishment of new warehouses. Coordinate work arrangements with truck team and third-party warehouses. Communicate with colleagues in the German headquarters to deal with warehouse related matters, propose, follow-up and implement the corresponding warehouse plan, processes and workflow. Controlling, monitoring and optimization of warehouses operations, e.g. by KPIs. You will need to focus on continuous improvement, managing and maintenance of WMS. You will also need to support on capacity planning and solution finding. Youwill carry out monthly reporting and work closely with our order management and shipping / export department.

Job Responsible職責(zé):
- Sourcing of warehouses and tenders, including but not limited to project site selection, warehouse equipment selection, logistics supplier selection, follow-up of the preparation progress, and summary of project reports;
- Responsible for the daily affairs of warehouse management: responsible for the overall work affairs and daily work management of the warehouse, and coordinate the work between departments and functional departments;
- Responsible for warehouse inbound and outbound management: be responsible for warehouse inbound, shipment, inventory management, timely, complete and accurate registration of inventory warehouse accounts, orderly registration, and regular preparation of inventory and inventory reports;
- Responsible for the transportation arrangements and management of the transportation process of goods in and out;
- Responsible for the management of project-related goods in storage, warehouse inbound & outbound;
- Organize and carry out monthly inventory, annual inventory, and single product inventory,
- Responsible for the operation management of warehousing , as well as the application management of warehouse management system;

負(fù)責(zé)貨物進(jìn)出的相關(guān)運(yùn)輸安排及運(yùn)輸過程中的管理;
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目相關(guān)貨物入庫、在庫、出庫等管理工作;
組織開展月度盤點(diǎn)、年度盤點(diǎn)、單項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品盤點(diǎn);
負(fù)責(zé)倉儲的運(yùn)營管理,以及倉庫管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用管理;
Job Requirement崗位要求:
- College degree or above, major in logistics, transportation, warehousing and other related majors;
- More than 5 years of international logistics work experience, more than 2 year of warehouse management work experience;
- Familiar with international bulk cargo and cross-border small parcel transportation, as well as import and export customs issues;
- Experienced in cooperation and daily operation with 3PL warehouses and being familiar with the communication, the processes and haw to run daily business with an external warehouse service provider;
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Advantage working in trading company and/or buying office;
- Warehouse management experience related to the integration of warehousing and distribution is preferred;
- Experience in bonded warehouse operation is preferred;
- Good cross-departmental communication skills and team management skills;
- Familiar with office software;
- Good English reading, writing and speaking skills;
- Be dedicated, rigorous, and careful at work, and has strong sense of responsibility;
大專以上學(xué)歷,物流、運(yùn)輸、倉儲等相關(guān)專業(yè);
5年以上物流工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),2年以上倉庫管理崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
熟悉物流管理、倉儲管理等方面的工作流程;
具備有與倉庫的合作和日常運(yùn)營方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉與外部倉庫服務(wù)提供商的溝通,流程和日常業(yè)務(wù);
具有較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析和解決問題的能力;
有貿(mào)易公司或者跨國采購辦事處物流部經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
倉配一體相關(guān)的倉儲管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮;
有保稅倉操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
良好的跨部門溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力;
熟練應(yīng)用辦公室軟件;
良好的英文聽說讀寫能力;
