About the role: We are looking for a Sales Manager, GESKE German Beauty
who will be responsible for the Chinese Market.This role will be fully remoted in Shanghai, China.

Job Responsibilities:
- Working closely with key distribution partners and direct customers across China to reach and surpass targeted sales goals
- Helping to develop new distribution/sales channels in these regions
- Driving in-store and online sales in line with the Sales and Marketing teams' goals, ensuring market adaptation for each region
- Developing key customer relationships and using best practice selling and marketing
techniques to secure incremental display or online space across local markets
- Ensuring that the brands in the Company's portfolio are properly displayed and well represented in China/Korea
- Establishing store rotation and visitation schedules to maintain high customer touch in each region
- Building effective relationships internally with sales and marketing colleagues and externally with distributors, retail store owners, managers, buyers, and marketing staff within these regions
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador for the Company across these diverse markets
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and distribution management, with knowledge of the Chinese markets
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and customers across different cultures and business environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven mindset and cultural awareness of the respective markets
- Business fluent in Mandarin and English, further foreign language skills are an asset
- Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams, adjusting strategies based on regional requirements
- High willingness to travel across the assigned countries
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
