Job Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé):
1. Execute purchase orders and procurement contracts, implementing specific procurement processes;
2. Responsible for the creation, confirmation, arrangement of shipment, and tracking of delivery dates for purchase orders;
3. Implement and improve cost reduction and control plans;
4. Develop, review, and manage suppliers, maintaining relationships with them;
5. Fill out relevant procurement forms and submit procurement analysis and summary reports;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the procurement supervisor.

- 負(fù)責(zé)采購(gòu)訂單制作、確認(rèn)、安排發(fā)貨及跟蹤到貨日期
- 執(zhí)行并完善成本降低及控制方案
- 開(kāi)發(fā)、評(píng)審、管理供應(yīng)商,維護(hù)與其關(guān)系
- 填寫(xiě)有關(guān)采購(gòu)表格,提交采購(gòu)分析和總結(jié)報(bào)告
- 完成采購(gòu)主管安排的其它工作
Qualifications任職資格:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, in e-commerce, business English, international trade, or related fields;
2. Familiarity with office software.
3. More than 3 years of relevant work experience in foreign trade procurement;
4. Familiar with procurement processes, good communication skills, negotiation skills, and cost awareness;
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, quick-thinking, with strong teamwork spirit; candidates with strong English skills will be given priority;
6. Good professional ethics and qualities, able to withstand certain work pressure.
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷,電子商務(wù)、商務(wù)英語(yǔ),國(guó)際貿(mào)易類相關(guān)專業(yè)均可
- 熟悉辦公軟件
- 外貿(mào)采購(gòu)行業(yè)3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- 熟悉采購(gòu)流程,良好的溝通能力、談判能力和成本意識(shí)
- 工作細(xì)致認(rèn)真,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),思維敏捷,具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,英語(yǔ)能力強(qiáng)者優(yōu)先考慮
- 有良好的職業(yè)道德和素養(yǎng),能承受一定工作壓力
