Objectives：
目標(biāo)：
To support the Teachers with class and student management.
協(xié)助帶班教師管理學(xué)生和教學(xué)工作。
Duties and Responsibilities：
工作職責(zé)
1. to work alongside the class teacher to create an environment in which the students’ learning flourishes.
與帶班教師共同努力，營造良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。
2. to take part in the planning and preparation for learning as directed by the class teachers
在帶班教師的指導(dǎo)下，參與并實(shí)施各種教學(xué)活動(dòng)。
3. to be present at all times to support the class teacher.
在帶班教師的指導(dǎo)下全程支持教學(xué)工作。
4. to assist in the management of students as they move to and from classes to specialist classes and remain with the class in the lesson when directed by the class teacher
逢專科教師授課，需帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)換教室，并隨班提供協(xié)助。
5. to facilitate the learning of individual students or small group of students under the direction of the class teacher and in consultation with the class teacher.
在帶班教師的指導(dǎo)下為學(xué)生獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)或小組學(xué)習(xí)提供幫助。
6. to maintain discipline in the manner agreed and set out in the policy.
按照學(xué)校管理政策要求維持班級(jí)紀(jì)律。
7. to be involved in the assessment of students.
參與學(xué)生的評估工作。
8. to play a role with the class teacher for the pastoral care of the students in their class.
協(xié)助班級(jí)教師完成學(xué)生的關(guān)顧工作，并參與全校范圍相關(guān)項(xiàng)目。
9. to undertake supervisory duties on campus as directed.
按要求監(jiān)護(hù)學(xué)生在校內(nèi)的活動(dòng)。
10.to accompany children to the school buses and ensure they are safely on board at the end of each day
護(hù)送學(xué)生上、下校車，以確保其安全。
11.to participate in the co-curricular life of the students by leading, organizing or being involved in such activities as directed.
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、組織或參與所安排的延展課程活動(dòng)。
12.to assist in celebrations, events and programmes as directed to attend meetings as required.
參與學(xué)校各層面會(huì)議。
13.to undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service in the School.
完成其他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的工作。
Skills and Experience Required：
崗位要求
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above
本科及以上學(xué)歷
2. Teaching Qualification preferred
有教師資格證優(yōu)先
3. CET 6 or above
大學(xué)英語六級(jí)或以上
4. Experience of working with students in a school environment is desirable
學(xué)校環(huán)境下的學(xué)生工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5. Knowledge of areas of teaching, pastoral care and co-curricular activities
熟悉教學(xué)、學(xué)生關(guān)顧和延展課程方面相關(guān)知識(shí)
6. Major：Primary Education, Chinese language and literature, Maths preferred
專業(yè)：小學(xué)教育，漢語言文學(xué)，數(shù)學(xué)或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
