Your work will include maintaining records, familiarizing insurance policies and assisting with policy proceeds. In addition to having excellent communication skills, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

* Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals. 與潛在客戶建立良好合作關系，包括但不限于陌生客戶拓展，緣故客戶和轉介紹。
* Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients' personal risk profiles. 根據客戶自身的風險概況，量身定制合適客戶的風險管理方案。

* Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals. 完成相關行政事務，包括但不限于資料的保存與管理，處理保單續(xù)保、核保、理賠等業(yè)務。
* Track insurance claims to ensure clients’ satisfaction. 跟蹤理賠事項并確保客戶的滿意程度
* Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans. 分析和呈現不同保險產品的優(yōu)劣勢以便顧客判斷并促成。
* Respond to clients’ insurance-related or any ad-hoc questions and issues. 處理客戶與風險管理、保險、信托相關的疑問和事項
Requirements:

* At least Bachelor’s degree，preferably with Economics, Business, Finance or relevant field, and overseas experience. 本科及以上學歷（經濟，商學，金融，市場營銷或有留學經驗的優(yōu)先考慮）
* Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills. 優(yōu)秀的社交和協商技能
* Proficient in computers and statistical analysis software. 熟練電腦及數據分析軟件
