n As set within the Site Improvement Plan, support the Management team in the application of FES methodologies and tools through their active participation on the shop floor thus providing trainings and coaching to Plant personnel

n Ensure DLE/DLP tracking process linked with the DL cost % results, contribute to direct labor cost gap to budget analysis and reaction plan.

n Support SW construction and adherence, development of OHP (primarily GL and Supervisor role and routines), as the main foundations to achieve high levels of operational performance.

要求:
n Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (UAP / PC&L / Quality Supervisor or Manager…)

n Recommended 3 years of working experience within a production environment (e.g. Engineer, Supervisor, Manager level or equivalent)

n A recognized experience and ability to improve process KPIs within a plant department by using FES principles
