崗位職責(zé): 1. 負(fù)責(zé)建立和完善公司成本核算和控制體系,制訂公司成本、產(chǎn)品成本管理規(guī)范、制度和業(yè)務(wù)流程。 2. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)理統(tǒng)籌成本年度預(yù)算、分析、控制運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)的審核和監(jiān)督,分解控制指標(biāo),提出控制要點(diǎn),建立成本運(yùn)行監(jiān)督機(jī)制,及時(shí)反映各目標(biāo)執(zhí)行情況; 3. 準(zhǔn)確成本核算,完善成本核算相關(guān)手冊(cè)及知識(shí)庫,及時(shí)更新并復(fù)盤每月新出現(xiàn)的問題,增加成本核算數(shù)據(jù)的及時(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性。 4. 負(fù)責(zé)收集行業(yè)、市場(chǎng)等價(jià)格相關(guān)信息,建立成本信息庫; 5. 編制成本管理動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)估報(bào)告,提供相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)管理信息及建議。 6. 負(fù)責(zé)組織定期成本溝通會(huì)議,建立對(duì)重要事項(xiàng)的監(jiān)督機(jī)制。 7. 協(xié)助建立成本信息系統(tǒng),健全成本控制財(cái)務(wù)檔案。 8. 組織對(duì)成本管理規(guī)范的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)工作。 9. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作。 任職資格: 學(xué)歷:本科及以上學(xué)歷,財(cái)務(wù)、金融、管理等相關(guān)專業(yè) 語言:英語聽說讀寫中級(jí) 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn): - 5年及以上相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) - 熟悉生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)成本分析,具備搭建財(cái)務(wù)成本管理體系能力 個(gè)人技能: - 熟練使用MS Office軟件 - 較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力 - 較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析能力 - 細(xì)心、思維敏捷、執(zhí)行力強(qiáng) - 熟練使用SAP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先 Responsibilities: 1. Establish and improve the company's cost accounting and control system, formulating cost management standards, systems, and business processes. 2. Assist the finance manager in coordinating the annual cost budget, analyzing, and overseeing the review and supervision of the control operation system, breaking down control indicators, proposing control points, establishing a cost operation supervision mechanism, and timely reflecting the implementation of various goals. 3. Accurate cost accounting, improve cost accounting related manuals and knowledge base, timely update and review monthly new problems, and increase the timeliness and accuracy of cost accounting data. 4. Responsible for collecting industry, market, and other price related information, and establishing a cost information database. 5. Prepare a dynamic evaluation report on cost management and provide relevant financial management information and suggestions. 6. Responsible for organizing regular cost communication meetings and establishing a monitoring mechanism for important matters. 7. Assist in establishing a cost information system and improving financial records for cost control. 8. Organize training on cost management standards. 9. Other tasks assigned by the leader. Qualification: Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, finance, management, or related fields Language: Communicative English Skills Experience: -5 years or more of relevant job experience -Familiar with cost analysis in manufacturing enterprises, with the ability to establish a financial cost management system Personal Skills: -MS Office -Strong communication and coordination skills -Strong ability in data statistics and analysis -Careful, agile in thinking, and strong in execution -Proficient use of SAP system is preferred
