Job Description

- 負責組織維修人員對生產(chǎn)及輔助設備進行應急維修和預防性維護工作，保障電氣部分的安全、可靠、穩(wěn)定的運行

Responsible
for RM and PM of production and auxiliary equipment, to ensure the safe,
reliable and stable operation of electrical components

- 協(xié)助現(xiàn)場經(jīng)理建立PM/TPM體系，制定預防性維護計劃，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)的實際情況，適時的更新維護保養(yǎng)計劃

Assist
site managers in establishing PM/TPM system, develop PM plans, update
maintenance plans in due course according to production conditions

- 協(xié)助ZF進行備品備件的準備工作，提供應急維修及預防性維護所需的備件申購計劃

Assist
Party A in the preparation of spare parts and provide purchase plans of spare
parts for RM and PM

- 對應急維修或預防性維護工作進行質(zhì)量審核與反饋

Quality
audits and feedback on RM and PM work

- 確保現(xiàn)場團隊遵守公司及ZF有關(guān)EHS及5S的各項要求

Ensure
that the onsite team complies with both parties' requirements for EHS and 5S

- 參與設備運行效率的優(yōu)化改進工作以及為適應新增機型生產(chǎn)而進行的設備匹配（改造/調(diào)試）工作

資質(zhì)Qualification:

- 大專以上學歷，電氣自動化及相關(guān)專業(yè)

College
education background, major in electrical automation and related

- 3年及以上團隊管理經(jīng)驗，5年以上設備維修經(jīng)驗，熟悉裝配線設備的優(yōu)先錄用

years and above experience of team management, more than 5 years’ experience of
equipment maintenance, familiar with the assembly line equipment preferred

- 掌握KUKA機器人的基本原理及基本操作，熟悉西門子博圖系統(tǒng)

Master
the basic principles and operation of KUKA robot, familiar with the Siemens TIA
system

- 能獨立完成設備常見故障的分析、診斷與排除工作；

Ability
to analyze, diagnose and eliminate common faults independently

- 良好的計算機應用及英語聽說能力

Good
computer skills and English reading & writing skills
