Job Responsibility:
1.Work with HR Director to develop the Learning & Development strategy and set annual training plan
2.Take
ownership for L&D initiatives across the departments and act as a
Subject Matter Expert for L&D to partner with key stakeholders and
develop bespoke solutions jointly to meet the business needs
3.Responsible
for competency management to identify and develop the required
competencies of each role systematically and effectively
4.Develop
and own the Management/Sales/Technical/Service Trainee program
throughout the whole cycle from program design to successful completion
of each program
5.Consistently develop local leadership programs and own the agenda of open forums and follow up actions
6.Work as internal trainer of Talent Framework and be responsible for the communication, education and implementation
7.Be the master trainer of New Employee Orientation
8.Develop the training Admin officer and be responsible for the T&D KPI
9.Drive employee engagement and help with people retention through Learning & Development offerings and opportunities
10.Proactively work close with global T&D teams to implement their initiatives as pilot company.
11.Other tasked assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above
2.More than 5 years of work experience in related positions
3.English is very communicative
