Key Role Accountabilities:
1. Report to GSO level above or Station Manager if necessary.

2. Supervise and perform the nominated ground handler passenger movement process:Pre-check-in、Check-in、Baggage reconciliation、Departure gate process、Boarding、Flight closing、Reporting.
監(jiān)控和執(zhí)行乘客值機(jī)全過程,包括行李超重處理,托運(yùn)行李的檢查,航班關(guān)閉服務(wù),報(bào)表,
Supervise & monitor ramp operations:ARR and DEP ramp movement、Cargo、Engineering、Fuelling、Cleaning、BAH/DPR/OHD
監(jiān)控機(jī)坪操作流程 ,包括動(dòng)向監(jiān)測(cè),貨物監(jiān)管,機(jī)務(wù)監(jiān)管,油料監(jiān)管、機(jī)場(chǎng)清潔,不正常行李處理、重量分配等
Ensure above all ground handling activities strictly comply our SOP and meet the requirements.
確保以上地面代理提供的各項(xiàng)服務(wù)符合公司的運(yùn)行程序和要求。
3. Supervise & perform post-flight operations:Banking、Daily service report、Monitor routine operation and administration
監(jiān)督和執(zhí)行航班的后續(xù)工作,包括銀行入賬,日常服務(wù)報(bào)表
4. Ensure no safety issue during operations and on time performance at station.
確保安全運(yùn)行及航站的航班準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)
5. Provide timely and accurate monthly station report
根據(jù)公司的要求,提供準(zhǔn)時(shí)有效的報(bào)告。
6. Assist station manager to achieve daily and monthly task
協(xié)助航站經(jīng)理完成部門既定的目標(biāo)
7. Complete other job assigned by GSO level above including station Manager.
按時(shí)完成GSO及以上管理人員布置的其它工作
Requirements:
1. College degree or above
大專以上學(xué)歷
2. Microsoft (word/excel/power point etc) or Google will be a plus
熟悉Office,通Google辦公軟件更佳。
3. Able to work under shift
適應(yīng)輪班
4. Good English speaking, writing and listening
良好的英語說寫聽能力
5. Foreign airlines operation experience will be a plus
有航空工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
6. Good interpersonal and Team work spirit. Obey management & work assignment
