What are my responsibilities?
1. Use computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software (e.g. Fluent, Star - CCM +) to conduct motor fluid simulation.(使用計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)(CFD)軟件(如 Fluent、Star - CCM +)進(jìn)行電機(jī)流體仿真。)
2. Perform heat transfer simulation calculations, including analyzing the heat transfer process within the motor under different operating conditions.(進(jìn)行傳熱仿真計(jì)算,包括分析電機(jī)在不同運(yùn)行條件下的內(nèi)部傳熱過程。)
3. Analyze the motor's heat transfer structure to optimize the design based on simulation results for better heat dissipation.(分析電機(jī)的傳熱結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)仿真結(jié)果優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)以實(shí)現(xiàn)更好的散熱。)
4. Cooperate with relevant teams to understand the temperature rise test of the motor and provide theoretical support based on simulation analysis.(與相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,了解電機(jī)的溫升測(cè)試,并根據(jù)仿真分析提供理論支持。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Major in motor thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, or related fields; bachelor's degree or above.(電機(jī)、熱工、流體力學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè),本科及以上學(xué)歷。)
2. Familiar with the basic principles of heat transfer and fluid mechanics, and have a solid theoretical foundation in motor heat transfer problems.(熟悉傳熱和流體力學(xué)的基本原理,在電機(jī)傳熱問題上有扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。)
3. Proficient in using CFD software and have relevant project experience in fluid simulation.(熟練使用 CFD 軟件,有流體仿真相關(guān)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)。)
4. Have a certain understanding of the heat transfer structure of the motor, including the structure of cooling channels, heat sinks, etc.(對(duì)電機(jī)的傳熱結(jié)構(gòu)有一定了解,包括冷卻通道、散熱器等結(jié)構(gòu)。)
5. Have a basic understanding of the motor's temperature rise test methods and principles, and be able to use simulation results to analyze and explain test data.(對(duì)電機(jī)的溫升測(cè)試方法和原理有基本了解,能夠利用仿真結(jié)果分析和解釋測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)。)
6. Good at data analysis and interpretation of simulation results to provide valuable suggestions for design improvement.(善于對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和解讀,為設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)提供有價(jià)值的建議。)
7. Be familiar with design software such as Ansoft, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and etc.熟練使用Ansoft、AutoCAD、Solid Works 等設(shè)計(jì)軟件;
8. Have a better understanding about motor will be preferred -較系統(tǒng)地掌握電機(jī)優(yōu)先考慮。
What else do I need to know?
Good English reading and writing skills to be able to study international - level technical literature.(良好的英語讀寫能力,能夠研讀國(guó)際水平的技術(shù)文獻(xiàn)。)
