We are seeking a Digital Advertising Assistant to support our marketing team in the execution and optimization of digital
advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok. This role involves
campaign setup, monitoring, analysis, and reporting, aimed at driving effective marketing outcomes and enhancing the growth of
brands.
Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation and management of digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, and
TikTok.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids, and strategies based on data insights to optimize spend and reach.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to inform campaign strategies and targeting.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content and visuals.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including analysis of key metrics like CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends and platform updates to leverage new features and optimization techniques.
- Manage ad budgets and track expenditures to ensure campaigns remain within allocated spending limits.
要求 Requirements:
- 市場(chǎng)營銷、?告、商業(yè)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)?學(xué)位。

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- No previous work experience required. Better to be familiar with digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) and
tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Basic understanding of advertising metrics and analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to derive insights from data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
