·為高級管理人員提供全面的秘書、行政支持和個(gè)人協(xié)助(包括商務(wù)和個(gè)人事務(wù))。
·安排和協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部和外部的商務(wù)會議和社交活動(dòng)。
·管理日歷,安排會議,并協(xié)助安排約會。
·準(zhǔn)備演示文稿、報(bào)告和其他文件,確保準(zhǔn)確性和對細(xì)節(jié)的關(guān)注。
·安排旅行行程和住宿。
·以最高的保密性和判斷力處理敏感信息。在所有互動(dòng)中保持專業(yè)和誠信。
·與內(nèi)部和外部利益相關(guān)者,如客戶、供應(yīng)商和其他部門保持聯(lián)系。培養(yǎng)積極的關(guān)系,確保有效的溝通。
·執(zhí)行指定的臨時(shí)任務(wù)和項(xiàng)目
要求
·6-8年秘書經(jīng)驗(yàn),有金融服務(wù)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
·工商管理、秘書學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)士學(xué)位。
·流利的普通話和英語(書面和口頭)。
·較強(qiáng)的組織能力和時(shí)間管理能力,注重細(xì)節(jié)。
·熟練使用辦公軟件,如Microsoft Office等辦公工具。
·能夠獨(dú)立工作并有效地劃分任務(wù)的優(yōu)先級。
·卓越的組織、溝通和人際交往能力。
·獨(dú)立、可靠、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。
Job Responsibilities
· Provide full secretarial, administration support and personal assistance (both business and personal affairs) to Senior Executive.
· Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.
· Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and assist to prioritize appointments.
· Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
· Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations.
· Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and other departments. Foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication.
· Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
·6-8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
· Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
·Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
·Proficient in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
·Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Discrete, reliable and adaptable.
