Audience
Selection and Testing Analyst
Base:上海
This role is an analytics expert partnering with all relevant
functions in driving GC marketing campaigns; this role provides marketing business
partners with desired segments (target audience groups) that fits for
respective targeted brand and product communications. Testing is a critical component to
understanding and building success
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide audience selection
support, translate business needs to data pulls, for audience segment targeting
and testing, through SPRINT scheduling
·
Manage cadenced deliverables
in member-based snapshots
·
Comms campaigns and triggers
post analysis and measurement
·
Identify and prioritize
opportunities through consumer tiering and clustering analysis, based on
consumer activity data and transaction data from various sources
·
Support managing campaign weekly
| monthly AB testing schedule
·
Work with global and local
data engineers to ensure relevant datasets captures GC needs
·
Align with counterparts on development, synchronization and sharing
of learning | test-and-learn agendas across key business and marketing planning
gates
·
Develop and execute audience analysis using multiple data sources
and methodologies
·
Lead analysis on the tests through either conducting analysis
directly or advising partners
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Degree in a quantitative field such as
statistics, econometrics, applied math, behavioral sciences, economics,
marketing etc.; advanced degree preferred
Experience
Minimum 3 to 4 years
in applied analytics field, integrating and sharing analytics to business
partners; examples are (but not limited to) marketing analytics, digital
advertising technology or digital commerce. CRM related experience is a plus
Skills
·
Proficient in SQL and Python
is a must
·
Familiar with data sources,
applications and tools in loyalty programs, CRM or targeted digital marketing
domains
·
Strong sense of ownership and
accountability, proactive, self-motivated
·
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills are essential, good people acumen and interpersonal skills
·
Ability to interpret and
present advanced analytical methodology and results to non-technical audiences
is a plus
