Position: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Responsibilities 崗位職責(zé)
1. Working under minimal direction, ability to independently lead and plan department/organization processes for developing, implementing and maintaining various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.

2. Leads integration of complex suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.

4. Leads development of complex work statements of events to support delivery commitments.

5. Obtain preliminary Service Bulletin from Customer Repository (MyBoeingFleet 和Exostar), and convert them into task cards based on released Service Bulletin.

6. Initiate draft Task card in ERP tool.

7. Release completed Task Cards to be worked by manufacturing.
向生產(chǎn)部門(mén)發(fā)布已完成的工卡，供其執(zhí)行。
8. Back up company engineers as needed.
根據(jù)需要為公司工程師提供援助。
9. Responsible for all task cards authoring (Interior Installation, Paint, Field Operations).
負(fù)責(zé)編寫(xiě)所有工卡（內(nèi)飾安裝、噴漆、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)）。
Requirement

1. Must have the right to work in China; does not require sponsorship for employment visa currently and in the future.

2. With 5 years previous experience in aviation industry.
擁有 5 年航空業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Hold valid maintenance license and get CCAR-66 English level-4 certificate.
持有航空器維修人員執(zhí)照，并且航空維修技術(shù)英語(yǔ)等級(jí)為 4 級(jí)。
4. Previous experience in authoring airplane job/task cards in a final assembly type environment.
擁有在總裝類(lèi)環(huán)境中編寫(xiě)飛機(jī)工卡的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5. Previous experience in ICA (Instruction of Continuous Airworthiness) in a maintenance environment associated with service bulletins.
擁有在與服務(wù)通告相關(guān)的維修環(huán)境中識(shí)讀飛機(jī)持續(xù)適航文件的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
6. Previous experience in reading airplane engineering drawings/blueprints in a manufacture and/or maintenance environment associated with service bulletins.
擁有在與服務(wù)通告相關(guān)的制造/維修環(huán)境中識(shí)讀飛機(jī)工程圖紙/藍(lán)圖的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
7. Proficient in English. Ability to type/enter data in both English and Chinese.

8. Knowledge of aviation terms/language.
了解航空術(shù)語(yǔ)/語(yǔ)言。
9. Understanding of airplane parts installation and/or airplane maintenance

10. Previous experience in authoring airplane job/task cards in a manufacturing and/or maintenance environment.

11. Must be able to work well under pressure.
