As a global automotive supplier regarding our new investment in China we are looking for candidates for the position:
Management Systems Representative
Place of work: Tianjin, China
Requirements:
? Higher technical education (electronics, electrical engineering, production engineering, quality management),
? At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry,
? Very good knowledge of the Quality Management System according to IATF 16949,
? Very good knowledge of the Environmental Management System according to EN ISO 14001,
? Very good knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to ISO 45001,
? Very good knowledge of the Information Security Management System according to TISAX/ ISO 27001,
? Knowledge of specific CSR customer specific requirements that apply (BMW, Mercedes Benz – BBAC, VW),
? Very good knowledge of English allowing for easy communication,
? Internal auditor qualifications (external trainings) for IATF 16 949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3 (certified course), TISAX or ISO 27001,
? Very good knowledge of legal requirements (China) in the field of health and safety and environmental protection and regulations mentioned in IATF 16 949,
? Knowledge of guidelines in accordance with ISO 19011,
? Knowledge of automotive industry quality tools Core Tools (confirmed by training); problem-solving methods,
? Knowledge of the Sustainability and Conflict Minerals requirements in the automotive industry;
? Readiness to travel abroad (Poland).
Management Systems Representative
Place of work: Tianjin, China
Requirements:

Job description:
Participating in the preparation, conducting and supervising the definition of activities after external and internal audits IATF 16 949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RSCI, BMW Risk Management, VDA 6.3 and other customer audits as well as process audits,
? Identifying threats, analyzing, assessing risks and opportunities required by the ISO14001 and ISO 45001 management systems;
? Monitoring post-audit activities and verifying their effectiveness;
? Supervision and assessment of compliance with legal and other requirements to the extent required by the ISO14001 and ISO 45001, IATF 16949;
? Developing, verifying and updating system documentation of Management Systems;
? Cooperation with other BURY locations worldwide within the Mangement Systems (Germany, Mexico, Poland)
? Representing the Management Systems Department - contact person for customers, suppliers and employees in matters related to Management Systems,
? Defining and approving activities in the JAZZ system.
? Verification and updating of environmental aspects and designation of significant environmental aspects and definition of activities;
? Defining proposals for environmental and health and safety objectives and activities leading to their achievement;
? Training of employees in the scope of the requirements of the QMS, EMS and HSMS,
? Preparing input data for the review of the management of the QMS, EMS and HSMS;

? Supervision of teams developing procedures and instructions,
? Supervision of the execution of risk analyses for the entire company and by process owners and actions resulting from the analyses,
? Conducting internal audits IATF 16 949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3, TISAX
? Maintaining the Conflict Minerals database,
? Preparation of the Sustainability Report,
? Supervision of Specific Customer Requirements
? Necessity of business trips (Germany, Mexico, China),
? Responsibilities for two IATF processes – MC03- Management Systems and MC04- Improvement.
? Supervision of teams developing procedures and instructions,
? Supervision of the execution of risk analyses for the entire company and by process owners and actions resulting from the analyses,
? Conducting internal audits IATF 16 949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3, TISAX
