Requirements 1.Higher education 2.Fluent English proficiency 3.Knowledge of logistics processes in an ERP-class system 4.Analytical thinking and planning skills 5.Experience in production planning, logistics, or procurement 6.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 7.Independence and creativity Responsibilities and Duties: Execution of the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Quality Policy Implementation of tasks in the area of customer logistics: 1.providing quality customer support 2.contributing to a professional and customer-oriented company culture 3.handling serial and pre- serial orders - order control vs project schedule 4.contact with customers regarding: a) confirmation of shipment dates and information on any changes to them based on information received from the supervisor or from the Production Planning Area b) solving day-to-day tasks related to customer service in the area of production and logistics 5.verification of the current status of the finished product, updating the data in the database for products that are in the phase of serial delivery until the end of the life cycle 6.creation and updating of the schedule of demand for the finished product on the basis of the information obtained about a) internal needs for product development b) customer orders for designs c) entering the data into the database, 7.studying of FA (variability of orders), contacting the customer in case of a significant increase or decrease in demand or an increase in inventory 8.price control of entered orders in accordance with applicable prices and sales promotions, compilation of information on changes in the balances of the value of open orders 9.control of shipping permits for orders at a 100% discount 10.analysis of existing contracts with customers regarding logistics contracts 11.handling B2B customer platforms 12.carrying out the following tasks a) analysis of customer orders, b) delivery in accordance with customer expectations c) cooperation with the Design and Process Development Department to fulfill commitments to customers for pre-series production products d) cooperation with the Warehouse Management Area to carry out shipments e) cooperation with production planning, production departments to realize the production of pre-series products f) cooperation with the purchasing department g) cooperation with the technology department h) cooperation with the tool room department i) cooperation with the controlling department j) cooperation with the sales department 13.Management of returnable packaging warehouses - handling customer platforms 14.preparing statements, sales reports for internal needs of the company and for the customer, 15.Preparing production plans based on the sales plan 16.Monitoring process flow by optimizing orders and deadlines 17.Coordinating production schedules with component delivery dates, 18.Analyzing stock levels and semi-finished products to ensure plan execution, 19.Reviewing and improving areas affecting KPI metrics 20.Generating production orders21.Monitoring and evaluating production plan execution, 21.Implementing corrective actions from audits within the section 22.Participating in the implementation of new projects regarding production plans
