Office Locations: Beijing / Shanghai / Shenyang / Chengdu / Xi’an / Zhuhai
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, background checks, etc.
2. Assist in employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including on-boarding procedures, signing employment contracts, and handling off-boarding procedures.
3. Manage employee attendance and leave, and maintain employee information database.
4. Assist in handling employee relations issues, including employee complaints, performance appraisals, etc.
5. Assist in organizing employee training and development activities.
6. Assist in dealing with remuneration and benefits related matters, including salary payment, social security provident fund payment, etc.
7. Assist in personnel system development and implementation.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in human resources management or related majors.
2. More than 1 year related working experience, familiar with personnel workflow.
3. Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
4. High sense of responsibility, confidentiality and execution.
5. Proficient in the use of office software.
