Responsibilities
1. Dealer development and management;
2. Sales team formation and management;
3. Market development and management;
4. Knowledge of market and industry trends and the behaviour of key players;
5. Implement and track strategic objectives to ensure all revenue goals are met or exceeded;
6. Develop the market and promote business by meeting with prospects, making presentations, and developing contacts;
7. Accountable for offers, portfolios, value propositions and go-to-market models in new/growing markets by working closely with key stakeholders such as sales, product management and manufacturing;
8. Identify business opportunities and generate sales leads through online/offline;
9. Plan project activities, tasks and end results, which includes but is not limited to creating work breakdowns, plans and budgets, coordinating tasks and allocating resources;
10. Communicate with and influence various stakeholders.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. At least 5 years of marketing or business development experience in the same industry, with solid project management skills required;
3. Amazing communicator, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail and organizational skills;
4. Ability to identify issues and make decisions;
5. Understands the concepts of the full value chain-marketing, sourcing, manufacturing and profitability;
6. Ability to translate business requirements into project requirements;
7. Have ethics and integrity;
8. Able to learn and willing to continuously self-improve;
9. Good analytical and data processing skills.
