The ideal candidate should have an excellent educational background and extensive teaching experience, with deep knowledge in the field of Physics. They should be able to inspire students' interest in learning. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate exceptional abilities in managing and leading science courses, including outstanding communication skills and a strong teamwork spirit.
